This morning, just when I wanted to leave, the postman delivered a package to our house. Another care package for me. I was a bit confused, because I did not expect one.

Contents: a bag of Vanille Exclusiv (my favourite tea from a small shop in Bamerg), a tea strainer, some Chai powder, a small bag of Ostfriesen Sonntagstee (another delicious tea), a skin for my Zen Stone mp3 player, spiced almonds, marzipan potatoes, Printen (ginger biscuits) and a greeting card.

You’ve established a new record: it took less than three days from Bamberg, Germany (Monday) to Tallaght, Ireland (Wednesday morning).

After I had recovered from my defeat – Tom (bad) and Chris (shite) kicked my (horrible) ass in a game of pool on Friday night – I met them as well as Klaus and Stefan at Tom’s place in order to cook, have a beer or two and watch some movies.
