It took us hours to get there, because Anna insisted on taking the bus. In the end we only stayed for about half an hour, because it was the most pathetic Christmas market that I’ve ever seen. Even the three lonely huts in my hometown Alfeld are better. Although the Dubliners imported some specialists from Germany, it had no flair or atmosphere at all.
